Travels: San Francisco

Georgia and I were lucky enough to tag along with Jeff last week on a work trip to San Francisco. We had a great time, but we are definitely still recovering. I was absolutely terrified to fly with Georgia (more on that later), but it really went pretty well and I think with a few good nights' sleep Georgia will feel like her old self again.

WHERE WE STAYED
The Prescott Hotel | Great place, we'd love to try one of the other Kimpton Hotels in SF

WHAT WE ATE
Super Duper Burgers | Awesome spot for lunch
Mr. Holmes Bakehouse | I have no words for the donuts here | found via
Akiko's Sushi Bar | Made for excellent takeout for the little lady's early bedtime!

WHAT WE DID
21st Amendment Brewery | Favorite beer accompanied by my favorite people and a long walk home along the Bay
Fisherman's Wharf | Crowded tourist spot that's not ideal to navigate with a stroller, but we got to see Lombard Street on the way there + the steepest hills of all time

Next trip, I plan on forgoing Fisherman's Wharf and making it to the Golden Gate Bridge - we were a little bummed we didn't get over there but with Georgia's stroller and car seat situation, it was just too much. I wouldn't mind a little wine country action either. All in all, we had a great time for a short trip with an 8 month old and I'm so excited to share other upcoming travels over the next few months!
